Visited Service Dept. for oil change. Paperwork was prepared correctly and signed. Shuttle was called to drive my brother & me to a restaurant for lunch. Shuttle returned & brought us back when I called & said we were ready to return. Work was done when we returned. Paperwork signed. Excellent service in my opinion.

I totally enjoyed the experience that I had recently at Antwerpen. The Service Manager Ralph was very informative as to the work that was done and Wendi the Service advisor was very pleasant, efficient and professional during the entire interaction. I must say my only unpleasant experience was with the Coffee machine. Coffee horrible, but hot chocolate saved the day.
