Sam was very professional. He asked me about what research I had done already about the car and filled in any blanks for me. He asked what I wanted for my trade in as well as what I wanted to pay per month. We were able to come to a deal that I was quite happy with. Great Experience! Came in for a 2017 Acura TLX but left with a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta. Which was a better deal. I love my new car!
