I recently leased a new Jeep Cherokee from Bedford and Laurie Cianflone was my salesperson. I decided to write to you about Laurie for some obvious reasons, i.e., she was nice, she was good, also smart, she knew her stuff. No that’s not the reason, although everything I just said was true.
