"Excellent experience. Low key sales pitch." Generally, in life, the only experience worse than buying a new car is buying a used car. "Amazing Job" I just picked up my 2020 Ram 1500. We did mostly everything online and via telephone since we are 2 hours away. When we went to pick up my new Ram everything was as promised and ready on time. Salesman Anthony Grasso was exceptional from start to finish. Well worth the 2 hour drive. "Smooth overall experience" I worked with Lisa F (online/internet sales), even though I walked into the dealership in person. She made the purchase process very easy and kept me up to date throughout the process, which was important because I ended up ordering a vehicle from the factory, which took ~6-7 weeks to arrive.
