Always quick and courteous.
The personnel in the Bettenhausen service department are very courteous and professional and they get the fob done.
They were informative and very polite.
They are very nice to deal with. No longer get the sheet with the results of the whole inspection and when I inquired about the status of the breaks he just said that they don't check them. It seems they've cut back a bit on what they do during the oil change. They do, however, tell of any leaks or problems that they notice. I always liked the chart where they checked everything as they inspected it. I didn't get this this time.
Wonderful staff and courteous service.
Everyone there is always so friendly, from the outside customer service tech to the payment desk. The most important thing, however, is the depth of knowledge and how well Bettenhsusen takes care of my car.
