I brought my 2018 Grand Cherokee in for express lane oil change, I was greeted with a smile from the service team and went to my service writer Jackie who provided me with a very easy process of getting my oil changed, new wiper blades installed and out the door in a timely matter!🤗🤗 The waiting area is large and has a nice seating area, tv and coffee and water Ava’s you wait! Service department was nice and clean and my service appointment was on time and all was done as scheduled..I would have done 5 stars but my truck needed a wash, and i thought it was automatic to get a free car wash, my error
