Ryan the service manager knows his job. Took a big trans job and completed it quickly and correctly. I'm on my 3rd Jeep (still have 2) and am looking to trade up for a newer model. Will see the other Ryan (sales) for that. I guess you can never have too many Ryans! Ha! Jerry H.

I came in knowing I would have to get something new with a high amount of rebates to eat up the negative equity in my truck. Nick sat down with me and went over what was available at the time. My experience at Bettenhausen was exceptional! Charles Johnson is an excellent sales person in every aspect ranging from knowledge of product to hospitality to the client. He even introduced My Aunt and I to many of his team members, the GM and even another happy client. I would recommend the dealership and personally send them to Charles Johnson. And I love my car.

Fast service good However asked them to check on drivers rear tire. Only put air in it. Tire has a slow leak. In there defense i couldnt find my wheel lock key. Idk if thats a good excuse.
