I'm not surprised that Danielle has a five-star rating. I can't imagine a more patient, understanding, helpful and capable person to help someone find and buy a vehicle. Time had run out on my old car, so what should have been a stressful experience actually turned out to be an enjoyable and memorable experience. It was also comforting that Andrea the manager came up and thanked me. It definitely gave things more of a family feel.
Then process of buying a car is very simple at Bettenhausen. We have bought several cars there as well as our family members. Our sales guy Mark Whalen was exceptional and even after our purchase, he personally helped with some issues we had with the vehicle. Highly recommend Mark and Bettenhausen!

Very accommodating to answer any questions. Have always had excellent experiences with all our purchases. Bettenhausen is only dealership we deal with.
The service department has helped maintain our 2012 Wrangler since it was purchased new in 2012. The friendly and professional communication, and reliable service has provided a high level for our confidence. This month (March) the jeep came in with an exhaust leak. Michael and the service department quickly identified the need to replace some broken bolts to correct the leak. The repair was quick and the communication was great.
My experience with Bettenhausen was exceptional. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else. Jackie Altieri is awesome.
