Great! I went into the dealership looking for a new charger with some pretty specific options which they did not have in stock at the time. Tom Pandell did not try to talk me into a different car or one with less options. He went out of his way to find me what I wanted. Cody Novick was helpful with explaining how all of the features worked. Overall a nice experience.
Great Place to Do Business With This is the second Grand Cherokee I've bought from this dealer. Just picked up my 2018 Jeep G. C. Summit. My Sales Rep was Steve Callen. Can't say enough about Steve. Great Experience! I had a great experience from start to finish. I met Jamie over the phone when asking if they still had a car on their lot that I saw online. She scheduled an appointment with me that day, reached out via text to give me her contact information and had the car I was interested in pulled up on the lot as soon as I arrived.
