Best car-buying experience ever! I went in to see Mike Kass just to get an idea of my options for purchasing a new car after my bankruptcy. Mike was very straightforward, and he presented me with possible vehicles to fit my budget. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me he could put me in a brand new 2017 SUV! Fantastic Experience My husband and I leased a Jeep Wrangler and couldn't be happier with our decision. We showed up expecting to be pushed around a little bit but Joe Ruiz took care of us at Bettenhausen and he couldn't have been more helpful. He skipped all of the BS and was very straight forward with us. We left confident in our purchase and extremely satisfied with the service we received that day.
My jeep buying experience I recently bought my second jeep in two years at Bettenhausen in Tinley Park. Our sales manager was Jamie Kwak. We picked Bettenhausen for the second time because of our first experience with Jamie,and the second experience was just as enjoyable. She made everything easy and explained everything to else. Excellent customer service! I worked with Mike Kass to get a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I had a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, and I wasn't sure if I was ready to get a Wrangler or not. Mike was amazing to explain everything to me. There was no pressure, and he really listened to me. I would recommend Mike Kass and Bettenhausen to all of my family and friends. I will definitely be going back for my next Jeep!
