Excellent service! Exceptional service at this location. I was in for the first oil change of my new 2016 Jeep Patriot, which was already complimentary, and was treated very well. Factor in the quick turnaround and the wash and vaccum making the jeep look like when I bought it, and I have no complaints. I fully recommend this and any of the other bettenhausen service shops.
They helped me out tremendously I was completely taken care of and well informed throughout the whole process of buying my Jeep. My salesperson, Charles Johnson, was amazing helping me get the absolute most for my trade in and best deal on my Cherokee. They claim to pride themselves on customer service and they definitely do. I will buy another vehicle here and definitely recommend them to anyone.
2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport Two years ago, we leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee through Bettenhausen. We had worked with Casey Dugan. Good Selection, Good Pricing, Good People Great pricing on the vehicle! Staff very friendly. Gave us the highest price for our trade in the Chicago land area. Had a problem with the vehicle we purchased and had to have it fixed after we purchased. Reasons for the -1 star is I had to pay $41 out of pocket to drive my 125 point inspected vehicle that had a problem back to the dealership and if it wasn't a federal holiday would have had to taken off a day from work.
