Carol's Land Rover I was looking for a new or used Jeep and stumbled upon a 2014 Land Rover LR2 with low mileage. Charles nailed it. Carol got a Land Rover for Christmas. This is the 4th vehicle purchased from this dealership, and there's NO reason to go anywhere else.
Best Service EVER I wish I could give more stars! The young men in the service department couldn't have been nicer and helpful to me. I drove up because my tire low light went on and it was freezing outside. I always get my oil changed and I stopped in to ask where I could get air. Good overall experience I am always very skeptical of car dealerships and the car buying experience. Mike was very helpful and transparent with us. He took all the time we wanted to go over our options both with vehicles and with financing. He did seem to care about us and want us to end up with the right vehicle for us. Fast, easy and understandable! My experience at Bettenhausen in Orland Park was amazing! I went in there not knowing much about how buying a car works and they're one price philosophy made it that much better. They're sales team is amazing and they selection is enormous. I honestly believed I was going to be there all day but the process was quick and easy to understand so I was other there for a few hours. I would recommend Bettenhausen to anyone and will count on them for future car purchases!
