Did We Actually Have Fun Buying A Car? Having been involved in many new car purchases and leases over the years, I have to say that Bettenhausen was anything but ordinary when it came to the purchasing process. Great Service, Friendly Staff Everything was quick and painless, I felt valued as a customer and I didn't feel pressured to accept any deals that I didn't want. Jay was through in his explanation of the purchasing process and he was able to locate the vehicle that best fit my needs. He didn't hover like some other car sales people and he did a great job of keeping in contact with me through the process and explaining the steps. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, I felt welcome and comfortable.
