Was given options on how my vehicle could be repaired. My vehicle was scheduled for repairs within 3 days of initially taking it in. The day of repairs, I was given a time frame of approximately two hours. They came pretty close to finishing in that time frame.

Customer service at this dealership is always exceptional! The service advisor Micheal checked me in for my appointment expeditiously and provided a valet driver to take me to my location of choice while my vehicle was being serviced! He also provided me with an accurate time frame of how long service would require. He then called me when the service was completed in the exact time frame quoted upon check in.
