Super friendly staff. Service dept was able to quickly diagnose the problem, Service tech (Kyle) called me and explained everything and what was needed to be done in order to correct the problem. Even though there is a Dodge dealer closer to where I live, Bettenhausen in Tinley Park will now be my go-to for sales and/or Service. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

I was having problems with my Jeep while driving back from a trip. I called Bettenhausen and they told me that they were booked for 3 weeks out, but to bring it in In the morning and they would see what they could do. I left my Jeep overnight and was contacted the next day telling me my Jeep would be fixed by 4:30pm. They had the parts and were able to repair it dor Me right away. Awesome service!
