Jackie your service representative was wonderful. I arrived and the young man told me I would have to wait 3-4 hrs. I said no. Jackie saved the day! She talked to me and explained that I had an appointment and I didn’t have to wait. She explained the service thoroughly and even asked if I wanted my car washed. She is kind and professional.
