The experience was 100% positive. Danielle Schramm is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Her sales approach is comfortable, not pushy. That quality was noted and appreciated. Scott Abramowicz explained the final paperwork on the day of pickup as well as the car features. He is fantastic!
