It was a very pleasant experience from walking in and being greeted to working with Jamie - Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
Jamie did a great job selling my wife and I a new Grand Cherokee! She was not your typical sales person. She was very nice, respectful, patient and not pushy at all. Jamie got all of are paper work done in a very quick and timely matter. We will be keeping are ears open if anyone we know are looking for a new car and definitely send them her way. Bettenhausen is very lucky to have a such a great employee working for them!
Jeep had a few leaks, no more leaks after service. Took a little longer than anticipated due to waiting on warranty approval. Only suggestion I have is they had signs in the service area saying complimentary car wash. I was asked if I wanted it washed as I was ready to drive off. It would have been a nice surprise if it was washed while they were coming to pick me up since it got dirty sitting outside in the rain for 5 days.
Good overall experience. Pulled in with a radiator issue and they continued to let the vehicle run in the service bay. I had to inform them to shut it off before the thing blew up. After they looked at it, they callled me back and updated me on the issues that needed to be addressed. It did take 3 days for them to be able to fix my Wrangler and get it back to me. But overall I will be going back.
Very courteous and super quick. Friendly people and over accommodating. Doesn’t seem like a normal dealer at all.
We had such a good experience here with Allie. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and took us through the car buying process beautifully!
All around great customer service. Dean went above and beyond to help us with our Wagoneer. Great follow up and explanation of what he could do for us and we left feeling confident and taken care of. We will definitely recommend this service center to anyone we know.
