Totally painless and frustration free Prior to moving to the Tampa area I worked for two other Ford dealers. Excellent Experience I purchased a 2016 Fusion on 10/20/15, all 3 people involved in my delivery and purchase are awesome. Great experience Sergio Fabian couldn't have been more helpful to my wife and me when we were deciding on a vehicle. He explained the features of each model - we drove several - as well as all the purchase/lease options. He was always pleasant, very patient, and completely professional.
