Sergio ensure our vehicle purchase was a very quick and smooth transaction. He was very organized throughout our entire process and ensured we left with a new title and tag to make the process as easy as possible. Even when having to discuss things with the manager he did so very quickly so we were not in there for long. Overall I highly recommend Sergio for all of your car selling and purchasing needs!
All is well. I worked with Sergio and Michele in Finance. They were professional and courteous. My experience was outstanding. It was the exact opposite of my experience with an unprofessional sales manager I dealt with initially at Elder Ford.
