Good experience except for 1 issue. After the sale I received a letter concerning credit that I did not understand. I tried to contact the the credit person that did the final paperwork, left a message twice and no response.
Great Dealer and awesome salesman! Bill was respectful and very courteous in regards to fulfilling my wishes versus pushing an unwanted vehicle for a sale.

I recently brought a pre-owned ford fusion and from beginning to end I received exceptional service. My sales rep Maurice was extremely patience and took his time with me answered all my questions. During the test drive he explained all the bells and whistles and made sure I was comfortable. He didn't pressure me into buying and worked really hard to make sure I got a great deal. I am beyond SATISFIED with his service and the finance manager Bryan was nice too!
