My overall experience at Brookfield, purchasing my new Ram, was excellent. The highlight though was dealing with Tayler. From the time I met her she was very friendly and knew her business. Tayler is very professional and developed a personal relationship with my wife and I in selecting the Jeep with options we wanted at a hassle free reasonable price. Tony was awesome. Super calm and friendly, and I didn't feel pressured. Once I made my choice, he kept things moving at a good pace by making sure we got certain things done while the loan process was happening. This was a way better experience than I've had at other dealerships.
