Comfortable I came in with a question about a car, Anthony gave me the information without the hassel, or trickery you sometimes get, especially being a woman. I was able to make the decision to purchase it in my own time. I felt I could trust him because there were no sales pitches, just information about the vehicle.
Very helpful When we first looked at the Jeep Wrangler they had one in stock at Brookfield but it didn’t have all the features I was looking for. Tony said let see what I can do. He was able to find one at another dealership. He needed to trade for it. It took him a few days and a lot of phone calls but he was able to get the one we wanted in the trade. He when’s up and beyond to make the deal happen.
Great personal service Tony Polley and Tony Favela were both extremely personable and helpful to my wife and I as we searched far and wide for the vehicle we wanted. They kept talking to us, seeking our feedback, and did find what we wanted, and then secured it for us.
