My Brookfield Experience.. I looked at several other dealerships both locally and afar, and I almost actually purchased a SUV from another dealership and my co-worker advised me to be sure to stop by Brookfield before deciding to make that purchase so I did; I am glad I did, they really worked to help me get the vehicle I wanted and not what they wanted for me, I knew from the start it was about Me and what I wanted.
Listen to Learn Sally was wonderful, she not only helped me look at the vehicle I had my eye on but she also listened to my needs in what I was looking for in a car. She worked with me from square one and went beyond measures to make me completely confident with my purchase, I will definitely consider this dealership (and Sally!) for my next car purchase.
Things dont always go as planned We purchased a van for cash money that ended up not being reliable for my family and I. Dealership was unaware of the issues.... As u could imagine i was a very frustrated custom at this point....they ended up taking that van back and giving us a loaner for the next 3 weeks...after what felt like forever we are now in a safe and reliable vehicle.
