My windshield wipers were scraping, so I went to Toyota to have replaced. I was graciously offered to be taken home or anywhere of my choosing, rather than to wait there for possibly an hour. Because of the comfortable & pleasant surrounds, I chose to wait. I also reported a disconcerting sound, as if something was scraping against a tire or bumper.
