"Exceptional customer service!" After hitting a deer, Troy and his team made the process quick and easy. Our repair was scheduled quickly. We had a family vacation scheduled that made for a tight timeline. Our vehicle was expertly repaired and on time. Troy took the stress out of getting our van back on the road.

"Dreading the car buying process..." Honestly, if you are NOT looking forward to buying a new or used vehicle this dealership is the place to go! Eric Campbell is kind and gentle during the whole process. Eric explained everything and was very patient with my nerves and endless questions. The financing process was painless and I do not have the highest of credit scores. Please do not hesitate to go to Humes in Waterford. Ask for Eric Campbell and relax...he will make it a pleasant experience!

" Excellent customer service & a heated steering wheel " After test driving & researching various vehicles, we chose a Humes Jeep Compass. It has SO many awesome features!
