"new truck quickly bought" It is not my favorite thing to do...buying a vehicle...salesman and I picked 3 vehicles..drove 2 then went inside to write up deal.....Joe was not pushy and found me all incentives out there that allowed me to drive off in a new truck for less then I had planned on
"Failure of Descent Customer Service - LOYAL JEEP Customer" I have purchased 5 Brand New Jeep Grand Cherokee's from Humes. The last being a 2014 Overland! The 2014 needed to get inspected with only 3,150 miles on it. I took it out to Humes. When I was driving home, I noticed the front passenger seat had a small hole in the leather seat. "Used car search" After receiving a new job I realizing I was going to have to do some traveling. I decided that I needed a new/used car. after looking all around Erie I took the short drive out to Waterford. They quickly showed me options of not only new cars and leases that were in my price range but the used car I was looking for. In a very short time I was driving away in the used car that I've been looking for for weeks. If you are reading this do yourself a favor start here and save yourself some time.

"Can't do there job?!?!" I don't think I will ever return to buy another truck. Started calling about a tire problem at 15,000 miles and they passed me around until I was worried about safety and just spent the $2500 for a new set. Not a big deal when tires wear out but with 15,000 miles? Cheap cheap cheap. Next my brake petal feel off. I still have not been called back about this problem. "BAD!!! Experience with sales" I have shopped at Humes in the past and had a great experience buying a vehicle. On 05/06/14 I traveled to Erie for a meeting. Humes was contacted for a price quote on a Ram 1500 quad cab. Brooke Reese was the salesman spoken to. He took the info of the type of truck and options required. Mr Reese said he would call back with the info. Mr Reese never returned the call so leaving Erie heading to Humes another call was placed to Mr Reese. This was about two hours after the first call. They didn't try to push us into buying what we didn't want. Had a problem with a tire, was losing air, took the vehicle, new Jeep Patriot back to them, problem with tire was a nail, our salesman, Bob Corritore, saw us come in, came over to see us, asked if he could help, told him why we were there, got tire fixed, no cost to us. "Very bad experience. Was treated well but when it came to..." Very bad experience. Was treated well but when it came to discussion about price there was no discussion. I was given a price and told there was no ability to move any further. Make sure you are getting a fair deal, I did not.

I purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Lakeland Auto in Greenville,PA in Oct. 2010, after trying to purchase the same vehicle at Humes.
