DO NOT GO ANYWHERE FOR YOUR VEHICLES OR SERVICE BUT NYLE MAXWELL!!! I recently bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 5000 miles at Automax. About a week after I bought it, the transmission kept jumping A LOT. After consistently trying to contact not only the salesman who sold me the car, but the sales manager and general manager via email and phone at Automax, for over a month, no one ever responded to me.
