RecommendedI had been waiting for close to four years for Chrysler to replace my drag link due to a recall. Thanks to Jonathan the recall was finally fixed. It took calling Chrysler, getting a case manager and case number. Once the part was received it took the service department half a day to return the vehicle to me. The dealership even paid for an Uber for me to retrieve my truck that day. All in all I am very pleased. If I end up needing a recall taken care of again I know Nyle Maxwell is the dealership to go to.

I started with a mistake I went to a different dealership that tried to low ball me they tried to keep my trade from me. That’s when I had enough I went straight to Nyle Maxwell of Killeen. Alvin absolutely killed it. I’ve never had such a clean and easy experience at a car dealership. They have earned a lifelong customer. So happy with my diesel gladiator.

Bought a Jeep 2022 Jeep Willy’s wrangler on 8/13 from them. Joey was an awesome sales person and so was the finance manager. Great experience. Today received a little gift box from them as an appreciation of our business. Never got anything from a dealer after purchase. Most likely do business again in the future with them.
