Recent Regular Jeep Service Service Rep listened and remembered my issues. He called me on needed items. And called again to give me a warning when the vehicle was going to be done so I could get back to the service center.

Great prices, No Tricks The prices were very low compared to competitors. The sales staff was honest, up front. I found my vehicle online and the deal was the same when i arrived as it was over phone. No tricks. The finance dept did a heck of a job getting my deal done at a better rate than expected. I was in and out with my new car in only a few hours.

Great service, great people, great place!! the service woman was especially helpful as I knew that there might be a wait. It turned out that I had a nail in one of my tires. She gave me the cost and how the wait would be. The tire pressure light was on, I guess they did a check on all four tires to find the leak caused by the nail. I will be bringing the car for its 6 month check-up later in JUne Thank you so much!

No run around! There were no "games", I showed Roel what car I liked, he got the keys, we drove it, I explained my financial situation and parameters I had, once to the finance officer and we were done!! No back and forth over the price, no "let me talk to my manager" games, bada boom, bada bing, we were done.

Very pleasant sales experience Pleasant low pressure test drive, then Marc Smith worked hard to find me a car and make the deal work, then dealership stepped up to "make it right" after small misunderstanding regarding trade in (due to length of time waiting for ordered vehicle to arrive.) Very good experience all around.
