Outstanding Service Center On this freezing cold Saturday I pulled into the Nyle Maxwell service center without an appointment because my AC blower went out on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. When I pulled in the gentleman that looked to be responsible for assisting customers stepped away so I was help by Mr. Moss. Mr. Moss actively listened to my issue and took the time to check my vehicles codes to see what the vehicle deemed the issue. Excellent service department Service Dept is really great. Patricia, my service advisor, was outstanding. Prompt communication, fast turnaround time, and so far, so good, on work quality. Prices are decent (same as other dealers for same services). Took a while to schedule an appointment (I called mid November and the first appointment they had was the 29th), but overall better service Dept than at other dealerships in town that I have been to (including for other brands).
