Timing of repairs too long. Apology to technician. I've had excellent customer service by the service consultants. Allan has always been helpful and recently Kevin DeCourcey. The mechanics are technical and have solved a couple issues. Jonathan Kaspar responded to my complaint by listening and offering options. He didn't deny or accept responsibility for window tint damage. He showed how it could have happened and asked if I'd like it fixed and that he'd take care of it. Great service Great costumer service! Made me feel like if I was their only customer they had by answering all of my questions and leading me in the right direction when buying my jeep! Chris Acosta was my car salesmen and he was amazing!! Never made me feel pressured and went above and beyond to help me!

Great Salesman After taking my car to get serviced, I actually ended up trading it in for a new truck. Your sales partner, Josh, was AWESOME at helping me find the right truck and get a payment that was in my budget. He was really friendly, patient, and took the time to listen to the things I liked and didn't like in each truck we test drove. My family and I were all impressed with him. He is definitely a major asset to this department!

Great service. Fixed problem others couldn't fix. Service manager, Jonathon (?), was great. He was courteous, listened to my problem, and clearly explained what they would do to fix my problem. This service department took the time to solve a warranty problem that my orginal dealer could not fix. That's service.
