Earnest customer service Jude was wonderful. After I first saw the Rubicon and Jude went to go get the key, someone was inside working on purchasing it. I left and Jude was prompt in calling me when he discovered the purchase by the other party was not going to occur. He was able to read how interested i was in the vehicle and that is great customer service in my mind. Not to mention what a complete gentlemen he is.
