However, you need to provide loaner cars as I have had to rent cars while you kept mine. And it seems to be a little long to have the car for the lack of severity of the issue. Only once for a serious problem but mostly to deal with a driver's side rear light issue caused by the improper installation of a truck cap by a place called "Total Appearance". Hiram and the service crew at Palmer went out of their way to help me solve the issue and I am very pleased with the results.
