Palmer Dodge was the only dealer in all of the Atlanta Palmer Dodge was the only dealer in all of the Atlanta metro area that had the parts I needed. Making the appointment was fast and easy. The service staff understood my dilemma, and was very thorough in resolving the issues. The waiting area was clean, even the bathroom looked nice. Although my wait was for several hours, I did not feel as though I had been there that long. Kudos to the service staff, especially Rich.

Whomever installed the new tires did a good job; however, he/she/they left the the locking nut, along with the extra nuts from my vehicle loose in the trunk and they were rolling all over.
