We had a very good experience working with Richard Kinsey We had a very good experience working with Richard Kinsey despite our complete frustration that our 2020 Jeep Wrangler High Altitude needed a whole new engine(luckily covered under warranty). He was great communicating and was pro-active with his updates, even checked in the other day asking how everything was going. He saved a bad situation, kudos to Richard!
