I also feel the money I spend is fair for the great work performed. Service professionals in the service department are always kind and patient which means a lot to me as I am an older adult.

My service is great. My service is great. My problem is having to feel forced to fill out reviews everytime. I really hate the turnover of employees bc review based pay causes loss of income for employees. I don’t want to review every oil change and service. I hate the fact that good employees are run off bc they cant get me and others to answer 5,900 reviews for every company with which we come contact. Its BS.
