They were very courteous. They were very courteous. We told them how much we wanted further trade in in order to afford the payments for the truck we bought. We showed them the interest rate for the truck we traded in and we informed them we would like for them to match that if not better. Once they ran the credit they were able to match the current interest rate
They were great. They were great. They ubered me home and picked me back up when the services were done. Hiram even gave me a better discount than the coupon I used. Now I get 4 oil changes over 3 years for the same price as the coupon gave for 3 oil changes over 2 years. Nice and courteous people working there and they're the best.

Jeep went in for an engine replacement under warranty. Jeep went in for an engine replacement under warranty. My rep Winston was awesome, however due to the constraints of the dealership I never received any loaner car until a month plus later when they received apparently a faulty engine and had to order a new one/put off my repair for another month.
