I've always had good service with the team; however, my... I've always had good service with the team; however, my wife has a terrible time getting prompt attention. I brought it in for an oil change, tire rotate, and recall software update. Was told it would be about 2 hrs. The software updates took way longer than promised; however Hiram found me a loaner at 5:00 so I could pick up my son.
