Had to replace BOTH batteries on my 18 JL Wrangler w/only... Had to replace BOTH batteries on my 18 JL Wrangler w/only 38k miles. Not their fault that’s on Jeep, but had just had oil change done two days earlier with a multipoint inspection done and they didn’t catch my low battery then. Pricing is always more than some other dealers, coupons a little less. They did get me in as fast as possible and had it repaired within the day which I appreciated.

i had to call back to find out when my jeep would be... i had to call back to find out when my jeep would be readh only to have the service tech tell me that my car was actually ready...and no rental cars were available when i initially dropped off, so had to take a uber back to the dealership to pick up my jeep...lastly, my remaining free oil change was not honored cuz they had expired but last year was covid, so thought that was very unfair to not extend
