I have a great service experience. I brought my Jeep in... I have a great service experience. I brought my Jeep in for a Factory recall and regular maintenance. Luis was my Service representative but the person below is listed as David which is incorrect so i can not rate David. If I were to Rate Luis it would be 5 Stars. Luis did an excellent job. thanks, G
I had a major issue with my 2016 Ram, and the Service... I had a major issue with my 2016 Ram, and the Service Manager Mr. Keller along with his professional team got my issue resolved within a couple of days. I will not take my truck to any other dealership. This team of knowledgeable, customer service at the highest level, and down right decent people is second to none. I strongly recommend if you own a Dodge Ram, and you need service.....come to Palmer Dodge!
