Luis is one of the best Service Mgrs I've had the... Luis is one of the best Service Mgrs I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Knows the car maintenance business, and communicates solutions very effectively. Also, I overheard a conversation that another service manager was having with someone regarding their car in for service, and instead of going for the quick, easy (and expensive) answer, suggested the customer try a few things free of charge to see if that worked. Why I always bring my jeeps in for service here
