Appts were available within a a few days of scheduling; which was the case in other surrounding dealerships. In & out in <3 days. The Service reps were super professional, great with communications & at explaining the issues and even offered add'l service items at no add'l cost, because I was part of the Jeep Wave program. I will definitely bring all future service items to Palmer Jeep.
