I tried 2 other Jeep dealerships before Palmer because of... I tried 2 other Jeep dealerships before Palmer because of the proximity. However, none of the others were as diligent and friendly as this one. Even if it's a little bit far from our location, I prefer Palmer because they won't close the door on your face with phrases like "it's gonna be like 2 weeks before I can get my hands on your vehicle". Also they keep you updated on your car and get the job done within the time frame they promise to.

Noticed 1 issue while I was there they made it right even after the car was sold and I was home found another issue and they even fixed that as well. I will not use another dealer for dodge vehicles. I cannot say enough great things about them.
