I have always had a great experience with the Palmer... I have always had a great experience with the Palmer Service Department and my last visit was no different. My service rep Thomas went above and beyond to help get my Jeep repair finished on a Saturday versus having to wait until Monday afternoon. This helped me out tremendously. He was also keeping communication with me by sending text messages every couple of hours. Amazing service! Thanks again Thomas and the entire Palmer Service Department! Lee Smith

Service work performed in a timely manner, everyone was very professional that I came in contact with, Palmer used to do a vehicle inspection a let the customer know how the fluid levels are, brake thickness ect, I found out the next day after having some tires replaced that I needed new brakes also.
