Service on multiple occasions told us they didn’t know anything about our Jeep and was rude in their responses with short answers and obvious disgust with us asking for more information. Understanding that our salesman was in charge of getting the seats and running boards and emission completed, there is no need to be rude when a buyer/owner doesn’t understand Palmer’s internal processes.
