The service given (oil change and tire rotation) was... The service given (oil change and tire rotation) was fine, but two things were less than ideal. The service advisor asked me whether I wanted traditional oil or synthetic. Apparently the "system" was down and he could not access the requirements. I said I was pretty sure the owners manual specified synthetic. I thought it was an odd question as I guess I would have expected Jeep to know what oil was specified for my Sahara 4Cyl Turbo engine.
