Chelsie was absolutely wonderful during the whole... Chelsie was absolutely wonderful during the whole process. Only thing is I was charged for tire disposal fee, when in fact I picked up my old tires.

I took my Ram truck into Palmer Ram/jeep dealer for... I took my Ram truck into Palmer Ram/jeep dealer for regular maintenance and a couple of warranty issues. Luis was my service advisor and was very polite and knowledgeable when I explained my issues. Luis kept me informed during the day as to the status of my vehicle and subsequent repairs. I had a great experience and will definitely be back to Palmer. In addition when I do, I will be asking for Luis!
I've had issues with getting my vehicle fixed correctly... I've had issues with getting my vehicle fixed correctly until I had to take it to another dealership. So this time, I tried just routine service. The oil change went okay and so did the tire rotation and balance. I met up with the Technician parking my car and asked how did it go. He said the vehicle is just barely out of alignment but its okay. I asked why and he said maybe something needs to be replaced/fixed not sure. This is they type of service you get.
