Good service visit - only one suprise Hiram was first of all very nice and courteous...kept me informed and got me in and out fairly quickly for my routine oil change and tire rotation. I was a bit surprised to learn that the 2014 Jeep GC we own had lugnuts that were breaking down and our tire change tool would no longer be enough to remove them.
