Time to complete was long While Austin Kohler did an excellent job communicating with us during the process didn't feel the dealership in general operated very well. We settled on a price, not what I thought it should be but really wanted the jeep so will leave it at that, but the delivery and time to get with finance took way too long. Arrived prior to 10am and didn't lave until 2:00 after settling on price within 30 minutes. Way too long to get through detailing and finance even though we paid cash....
